【Abstract】 The water resources is the shortest natural resource in Xinjiang,but the water and land resources’ utilization benefits of Xinjiang is very low.We must improve the utilization ratio of land and water resources,strengthen awareness of ecological civilization,adjust the agricultural scale and industrial structure,develop the second and third industries of the countryside,accelerate the pace of industrialization,and implement the strategy of enriching people and consolidating frontier defence.更多还原
