【摘要】 将48只昆明系小白鼠随机分为3个剂量的小花棘豆试验组(第1~3组分别为日粮的20%,10%,5%)和1个对照组,进行为期15 d的小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabraD C)急性毒性试验。试验结束时,取其脏器、计算脏器系数。分析表明,试验结束时,雌雄小鼠体重均显著低于对照组,雄鼠体重下降幅度明显高于雌鼠,说明雄鼠较雌鼠更易受小花棘豆毒害;最高剂量组的雄性小鼠肝脏系数(5.85±0.35)、肺脏系数(0.83±0.02)、肾脏系数(2.04±0.09)、睾丸系数(0.69±0.06)增大,受损明显,且损伤程度随饲喂小花棘豆剂量的增加而加重;5%的小花棘豆剂量也可对小白鼠肝、脾、肾产生损伤,故小花棘豆若做为杂食家畜的饲料,5%或5%以上的添加量并不安全;雌雄鼠脾脏系数变化并不随小花棘豆剂量改变而呈现规则变化趋势,有一定特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 48 rats of Kunming were randomly divided into three dose groups(first group-20%,second group-10%,third group-5%) and one control group during 15 days,and feeding them Oxytropis glabra D C.After the acute toxicity test,their organs were drawn and the quots of organ were calculated.By analyzing,the test was completed,it suggested that the weight of female and male mice of the different dose groups were lower than that of control group obviously,besides,descent percentage of weight of male mice(26.5%,27.2%,10.6%) were higher than that of female mice(21.1%,8.6%,2.2%),which showed male mice were injured more easily than female by Oxytropis glabra D C,and the male mice of the highest dose groups were injured obviously as to their livers,lungs,kidneys and testises.Their quots of organ of livers,lungs,kidneys and testises were 5.85±0.35,0.83±0.02,0.83±0.02,0.69±0.06 respectively.Besides,their degree of injury depends on the change of Oxytropis glabra D C doses.Dose of Oxytropis glabra D C of 10% and 5% can lead to injury of livers,spleens,kidneys,of male and female mice,so it is not safety to feed 5% or more than 5% dose of Oxytropis glabra D C,if the domestic animals live on polyphagia.The quots of spleen of female and male did not chage as the change of dose of Oxytropis glabra D C.更多还原
