【摘要】 应用ISSR标记对24份孜然种质资源进行DNA多态性分析。从38条引物中筛选出12条多态性引物,共扩增出118条带,其中39条多态性带;引物等位位点数在6~16个,平均每个引物扩增出9.83条带,引物等位位点多态性信息含量(PIC)变幅为11.11%~62.50%,平均35.14%。24个品种间的Nel’s遗传相似系数变化范围为0.33~0.90,平均为0.73。聚类结果表明各类群与地域来源联系不明显,说明孜然种质资源在新疆范围内有比较频繁的交流。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twevelve ISSR markers were used to detect genetic diversity of 24 Cuminum cyminum L..Total 118 alleles were revealed among 24 varieties in 12 ISSR with the average of 9.42 alleles per ISSR marker,the number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 6 to 16.The value of allelic polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from11.11% to 62.50%,on an average 35.14% per primer.The genetic similarity(GS) indexes among 24 varieties are calculated based on the ISSR data.The value of GS varies from 0.33 to 0.90,with an average of 0.73.The genetic diversity among 24 varieties is higher.Cluster analysis showed that all cultivars could be clustered into six groups,most of the materials aren’t clustering by the origin.更多还原
