【摘要】 主要概述了核果类果树常见病毒病及病毒检测方面的研究进展。指示植物法、电镜技术、血清学法在病毒检测方面曾发挥过一定的作用,但均存在一定的缺点;分子生物学检测因其快速、灵敏等特点已越来越多地应用于果树病毒的检测。针对核果类果树病毒国内外检测方面的研究进展做一综述,并提出了目前国内核果类果树病毒研究的发展方向,旨在为我国核果类果树病毒的研究提供一定的参考。更多还原
