【Abstract】 The problem of educational technology value has been the focus since the deeply study into the basic theory of educational technology. We do a systemic survey to the educational technology value and system by referencing the technology studying results, and discuss the educational technology value and system, analysis the applying ethic problems and the solutions which were caused by the exterior value of educational technology, by relying the two natures of the technology.更多还原
