两性半互穿型高吸水树脂对氯化钙的吸附及解吸热力学行为研究
The Adsorption and Desorption Thermodynamics of Calcium Chloride by Amphoteric Semi-interpenetrating Polymer Network Superabsorbent
【摘要】 考察了两性半互穿型高吸水树脂在不同温度下对氯化钙的吸附及解吸行为,并通过热力学对其吸附及解吸过程的机理进行进一步的研究,结果表明树脂的吸附过程为放热反应,低温利于吸附,解吸过程为吸热反应,高温利于解吸;通过不同用量单体合成的树脂吸附行为研究,发现树脂对氯化钙的吸附量与单体丙烯酸用量成正比,与理论值接近.为高吸水性树脂在农业中的实际应用提供一定的参考.
【Abstract】 The absorption of calcium chloride and desorption behaviors were investigated at different temperatures by amphoteric semi-interpenetrating polymer network (semi-IPN) superabsorbent. The mechanism of absorption and desorption was further studied by thermodynamics method. It was found that the adsorption process of superabsorbents was the exothermic reaction,and low temperature facilitated adsorption. The desorption process was the exothermic reaction,so high temperature facilitated desorption. Moreover,the adsorption capacity was proportional to the dose of acrylic acid,which was close to theoretical value. The result provided a guide for the practical application in agriculture.
