【Abstract】 Low income,unreasonable economic structures,backward infrastructure and social undertakings,low level of farmer organizations,and aggravating ecosystem are mainly characterizing the rural economic development in resource abundant areas in west China.This chiefly results from the unreasonable systems and institutions,inefficient organization network for economic development and deficiency of development capacity.This situation can only be improved by actively pushing forward institution construction,raising the degree of organization,and strengthening the capacity for development on the part of the countryside and farmers.更多还原
