【摘要】 目的了解佛山市城市青少年故意和非故意伤害行为现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对佛山市中心城区12所全日制学校(含初高中、职校和大学)3844名在校学生,采用中国青少年健康相关行为问卷调查表进行调查。结果15种伤害危险行为中,发生率最高的是骑车违规(50.6%)。步行违规、不安全游泳、受欺侮、上下学不安全感、斗殴等行为的发生以初中生为高,骑车违规及感到孤独、抑郁等情绪相关行为以高中学生明显。安全相关行为、离家出走行为发生率职业技术学校及普通中学较高,感到学习压力高、失眠、抑郁等不良情绪相关行为发生率重点中学较高。非故意伤害行为、安全无保障相关行为和离家出走行为发生率男比女高,不良情绪相关行为则女高于男。结论城市青少年中发生伤害危险行为情况不容忽视,建议通过学校、家庭、社区三联屏障,针对性地进行干预,达到预防、控制和减少伤害发生之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the condition of behavior related to intentional and unintentional injuries among urban adolescents in Foshan City,so as to provide the basis for making intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire investigation was carried out on adolescent health related behavior among 3 844 students selected from 12 schools(including middle school,vocational middle school and university)in Foshan urban areas.Results The incidence of violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle was 50.6%,which was the highest among 15 kinds of risk behaviors related to injury.The incidences of violating traffic rules when walking on the road,swimming in insecurity-swimming areas,insulted and physical fight among junior middle school students were all higher than those among vocational middle school and senior middle school students.The incidences of violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle,being lonely and depressed in senior middle school students were obviously higher than those among junior middle school and vocational middle school students.The incidences of safety related behavior and leaving away from home among vocational middle school and common middle school students were both higher than those in key middle school students,however,the incidences of feeling heavy learning pressure,insomnia and being depressed were lower.The incidences of behavior related to unintentional injury,insecurity related behavior and leaving away from home among male students were higher than those among female students,but the incidence of unhealthy emotion related behavior was lower.Conclusions The condition of risk behaviors related to injury among adolescents cannot be ignored.It is necessary to ally three sections such as school,family and community to prevent and reduce the injury,and the intervention measures should be drawled up in accordance with different ages,genders and types of schools.更多还原
