【摘要】 目的了解医学专业女大学生生殖生理及避孕知识的知晓状况。方法在武汉地区,采用整群抽样方法,对医学专业女大学生进行了抽样调查。结果共调查了985名医学专业女大学生,在生殖生理知识上,对卵子产生器官和排卵期及意义、偶尔性交能否怀孕的知晓率最高(分别为97.90%、95.80%和95.80%),而对排卵期及意义和每月易怀孕时间的知晓率最低(分别为:41.96%和20.00%)。在避孕方法上,对避孕套和紧急避孕药的知晓率最高(知道用的人分别为:41.96%和30.42%,知道有这方法的人分别为:55.24%和59.01%)。无论是生殖生理知识还是避孕知识,性行为均以较高的年级(四年级)学生及有性行为的学生知晓率为高。93.30%的学生认为未婚怀孕会造成心理损伤。医学专业女大学生获取性和生殖生理及避孕知识的途径主要是书籍和学校专业教育。88.80%学生希望在学校开展生殖生理及避孕知识的教育。结论医学专业女大学生有一定的生殖生理及避孕知识,但还需一步提高。性行为可能是医学专业女大学生获取相关知识的一个动因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of the awareness of knowledge of the reproductive physiology and contraception in female college students.Methods A survey was conducted in the female college students in Wuhan area by employing the cluster sampling technique.Results A total number of 985 female college students were surveyed.As to the knowledge of reproductive physiology,the organ producing ova and the symptoms of early pregnancy had the highest awareness rates,being 97.90%,95.80% and 95.80%,respectively.The easiest time to get pregnancy and the stages of menstruation cycle had the lowest rates of awareness,being 30.55% and 20.00%,respectively.With regard to the knowledge of contraceptive methods,the condom use and taking emergency contraceptive pills had the highest awareness rates:41.96% and 30.42% of students knew how to use them and 55.24% and 59.01% knew the methods.The awareness rates of the knowledge of both reproductive physiology and contraception were higher in senior students(Grade Four)and the students who had sexuality,and 93.30% of the subjects believed that unwished-for pregnancy would cause psychological damage.The female medical college students obtained the knowledge of reproductive physiology and contraception mainly from newspapers or magazines and their education in schools,and 88.80% of the students hoped that the school authorities could provide the education in reproduction and contraception.Conclusions The female medical college students have some knowledge of reproduction and contraception but the further education is still needed.Sexuality might be a motive for the female medical college students to get the information about the knowledge.更多还原
