【摘要】 目的了解平顶山市儿童血脂谱水平及其影响因素,为筛查血脂异常儿童提供参考指标。方法对平顶山市239名中小学生进行体格检查、血脂测定及影响因素问卷调查。结果血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平女生依次为(3.44±0.84),(0.91±0.33),(1.12±0.26),(1.68±0.49)mmol/L,男生依次为(3.65±0.63),(1.02±0.30),(1.18±0.23),(1.88±0.68)mmol/L,女生各项指标显著高于男生;饮食、运动和体格状况与血脂水平有不同程度的相关性。结论不良饮食习惯、活动量小、肥胖和血压偏高可作为筛查血脂异常高危儿童的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the levels of blood lipids and the influencing factors in healthy children in Pingdingshan,and to provide references for screening high risk children with abnormal blood lipids.Methods The levels of blood lipids were determined among 239 students in Pingdingshan,and the influencing factors were obtained by questionnaire investigation.Results The levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly higher in girls(followed by 3.44±0.84,0.91±0.33,1.12±0.26 and 1.68±0.49 mmolL) than those in boys(followed by 3.65±0.63,1.02±0.30,1.18±0.23 and 1.88±0.68 mmolL).Dietary status,physical activity and physical status were correlated with the levels of serum lipids.Conclusion Unhealthy eating habit,lack of activity,obesity and higher blood pressure may take as the reference indices for screening high risk children with abnormal blood lipids.更多还原
