【摘要】 目的了解中西部农村学校食堂存在的问题,为制定适合中西部农村学校食堂的卫生政策提供依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法,对中西部6省市的61位农村学校食堂主管领导进行半结构式访谈。访谈内容包括农村学校食堂存在的问题以及解决办法。结果食堂存在的主要问题是建筑面积不足,硬件设施差,从业人员素质差,管理水平低,供餐营养不合理等。结论中西部农村学校食堂的卫生状况不容乐观。应制定相关卫生标准,加强对农村学校食堂的管理和监督,提高农村学校食堂卫生水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the sanitary and management problems of school cafeterias in rural areas of western and middle parts of China,and to provide evidence for government to develop related policy.Methods By stratified sampling method,61 principals in charge of the school health were selected from six provinces,and in-depth interviews were carried out among them.The interviewed contents included sanitary problems of the cafeteria and the countermeasures.Results The main sanitary problems were insufficient construction area of school cafeteria,lack of sanitary equipments,low health awareness of employees,poor management and unreasonable diet nutrition.Conclusion Proper hygiene standard for rural school cafeterias should be developed in order to improve hygiene condition of the cafeterias and promote students’ health.更多还原
