【摘要】 目的了解合肥市近年学校传染病疫情的流行病学特点及影响处理效果的因素,为预防和控制学校传染病的流行提供依据。方法收集合肥市2000-2007年各级疾病预防控制机构对学校爆发疫情的调查处理报告和资料,对资料进行流行病学描述分析。结果2000-2007年共有110起学校爆发疫情,其中麻疹17起、风疹44起、流行性腮腺炎17起、感染性腹泻4起、流脑2起、流感1起、SARS1起、水痘24起,共报告病例3175例。疫情多发于乡镇学校(56.36%),以春季为高发季节,传播途径以呼吸道(96.36%)为主。结论与计划免疫相关的传染病是合肥市学校卫生工作的突出问题,应加强预防与控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of school infectious diseases and the influencing factors to the treatment,and to provide evidence for the preventive strategies.Methods Reports and information from 2000 to 2007 were collected.Data were analyzed by epidemiologic description.Results Totally 3 175 cases involved in 110 outbreakes of school infectious diseases were reported,and the outbreakes were measles(17),nettlerash(44),mumps(17),infectious diarrhea(4),epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis(2),influenza(2),SARS(1)and chicken pox(24).These outbreaks chiefly occurred in spring.Aspiratory was the most important route of transmission(96.36%).Conclusion Outbreaks of infectious diseases related to vaccination are the important problem of school health in Hefei.更多还原
