【摘要】 目的了解北京市大兴区农村中小学生生长发育和营养状况,为制订学校卫生保健计划和卫生标准提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取北京市大兴区农村小学、初中和高中各1所,进行体格发育测量,并与2002年北京市农村和全国农村资料进行比较,评价学生生长发育和营养状况。结果北京市大兴区农村中小学生身高上等率为8.63%,下等率为5.96%;体重上等率为14.41%,下等率为5.86%。男、女生各年龄组平均身高和体重均低于2002年北京市农村学生的平均水平,而高于2002年全国农村资料的平均水平。学生营养不良率为23.00%,超重率为7.94%,肥胖率为5.38%;男生营养不良率显著低于女生,而超重率高于女生,肥胖率略高于女生。12岁以后学生营养不良率、超重及肥胖率均开始增高。结论北京市大兴区农村儿童青少年的生长发育与营养状况不容乐观,有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the growth development and nutrition status in primary and middle school students aged 7-17 in Daxing rural areas,and to provide bases for establishing school health plan and health standard.Methods With stratified cluster sampling method,3 sample schools including primary,junior and senior middle school were chosen,and the students’ physical measures were performed.Finally,all the collected data were compared with the data of Beijing rural schools and the national data from rural areas.Results ①In height,8.63% students belonged to the first class,while 5.96% students ranked the last class;in weight,14.41% students belonged to the first class,while 5.86% students ranked the last class.②In each age group for both boys and girls in Daxing district,both the average height and weight were lower than those in Beijing rural areas in 2002,but higher than those in the whole nation rural areas in 2002.③23.00% students had malnutrition,7.94% students had overweight and 5.38% students had obesity.Percent of malnutrition in boys was significantly lower than that in girls;however,percent of overweight in boys was higher than that in girls while percent of obesity in boys was slightly higher than that in girls.④Percent of malnutrition,overweight and obesity began to increase in students over 12 years old.Conclusion The growth development and nutrition status of students from Daxing rural areas in unbalanced.更多还原
