【摘要】 目的比较局部应用牙科用派丽奥软膏和牙康(甲硝唑棒)对中重度牙周炎患者的临床疗效。方法将76例中重度牙周炎患者随机分为派丽奥试验组46例,牙康对照组30例,均局部给药,并评价用药前后牙周袋内病原菌的变化及各项牙周临床指数变化。结果用药后派丽奥组和牙康组出血指数、牙龈指数均变化显著,派丽奥组治疗总有效率91.3%,牙康组为90.0%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论派丽奥与甲硝唑棒一样都可以作为治疗中重度牙周炎的一种缓释抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was designed to evaluate the antiseptic and clinical curative effect of the Periocline on periodontitis,compared with the metronidazole stilus in common use.Methods 76 patients with periodontitis were divided into Perioline Group and Metronidazol Group.The medicine was directly put into the periodontal pockets.Before and after the treatment,the bacteria of the periodontal pockets was detected.The changes GI,PLI,PD and BOP were observed.Results The Periocline demonstrated stronger antibacterial effect in the pockets.The effective rate was 91.3%.The changes GI,PLI,PD and BOP after treatment were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion the antibacterial effects and recent clinical curative of Periocline and Metronidazol were not obviously different.更多还原
