【摘要】 目的观察复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法488例慢性乙型肝炎按病情程度分为轻、中、重度三型,各型分别按随机抽样方法分为治疗组248例(轻度42例,中度154例,重度52例),对照组240例(轻度40例,中度148例,重度52例)。对照组采用B族维生素、维生素C、复方丹参注射液、肌苷注射液等静脉滴注。治疗组在此基础上加用复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺80毫克静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程30天。观察症状、体征及治疗前后监测肝功指标。结果对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中、重度治疗组肝功能指标改善优于对照组;治疗有效率也较对照组高。结论复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺是一种重要的促肝细胞代谢药,能维护肝细胞膜稳定性,可作为病毒性肝炎治疗用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate on patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method 488 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into three types(mild type,moderate type and severe type)according to the pathogenetic condition.Each type was randomly divided into treatment group(42 mild cases,154 moderate cases and 52 severe cases)and control group(40 mild cases,148 moderate cases and 52 severe cases).The control group was administered with Vitamin B,Vitamin C,salvia miltiorrhiza,and inosine.The treatment group was administered with the drug in control group,besides diisopropylamine dichloroacetate.The clinical symptoms and indexes of liver function were observed.Results The clinical symptoms and the indexes of liver function in moderate and severe type in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diisopropylamine dichloroacetate is effective to promote liver cells metabolism,maintain the stability of liver cell membrane and treat hepatitis.更多还原
