【摘要】 目的探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征改变。方法对63例经手术后病理证实为急性阑尾炎患者的术前超声图像资料进行分析。结果45例超声诊断为急性阑尾炎,7例诊断为全腹肠腔积液,13例未见明显异常改变。结论超声可以对急性阑尾炎的不同类型及病程进展作出正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate pathotogical types of acute appendicitis with sonogram.Methods 63 cases with acute appendicitis proved by pathology were examined with ultrasonoscope before operation.Result 45 cases of 63 patients were diagnosed as acute appendicitis,7 cases as hydrops of enteric cavity,and 12 cases as no abnormalities.Conclusion Sonogram can make correct diagnosis of different types of acute appenclititis.更多还原
