【摘要】 目的探讨经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影和PC I的效果及安全性。方法对经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影或介入治疗的268例患者的临床资料做分析。结果桡动脉穿刺成功266例(99.20%),桡动脉插管成功260例(97.01%)。经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗35例,单支病变21例,双支病变10例,三支病变4例,均无严重并发症和穿刺相关的死亡。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影和PC I是可行和安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Transradial approach is accepted as an alternative for coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.This study aims to assess the effect and safety of transradial coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods This prospective study enrolled 268 patients who underwent coronary angiography or intervention therapy in our hospital during the period from January 2007 to November 2007.The data of all patients was analyzed.Results Radial artery access was unachievable in 8 of the 268 cases(2.99%).In the remaining 260 cases,angiography was successfully accomplished(97.01%).Among the 35 cases who received transradial coronary interventional therapy,including 21 single branch disorders,10 two branch disorders,and 4 three branch disorders,no critical complications or puncture-related death was found.Conclusion The transradial approach for coronary angiography and interventions is feasible and safe.更多还原
