【摘要】 目的比较药物洗脱支架与普通支架植入前后冠心病患者血超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、P选择素(P-selectin)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)的变化,探讨其意义。方法选择有支架植入指征的冠心病患者66例,随机分为药物支架组和普通支架组,30例置入支架Cypher(Cypher支架组),36例置入普通Bxsonic支架(普通支架组)。分别于手术前,术后即刻,术后6h、术后24h、7d取肘静脉血,采用ELASA法检测IL-6、P选择素、slCAM-1、hs-CRP。结果Cypher支架组与普通支架组比较P选择素、IL-6、slCAM-1、hs-CRP水平在扩张前、术后即刻没有显著性差异,而术后6h、24h、7d时Cypher支架各测定值显著低于普通支架组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论Cypher药物洗脱支架对冠心病患者介入术后血炎症因子的产生有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To compare the effects between drug eluting stents and common stents in the levels of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),plasma P-selectin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-I(sICAM-1)in patients with coronary heart disease before and after angioplasty.METHODS Sixty-six patients following coronary angiograph were divided randomly into drug-eluting stents implantment group(30 cases of Cypher stent implantment)and common stents implantment group(36 cases of common stent implantment).Peripheral venous blood samples were taken before,immediately after,at 6 h,at 24 h and 7 days after angioplasty.The levels of hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and P-selectin were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA).RESULTS Between the two groups no significant difference was found in the levels of hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and P-selectin before and immediately after angioplasty.At 6 hour,24 hour and 7 day after angioplasty,the levels of hs-CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and P-selectin were significantly lower in Cypher group than those in common stent group.CONCLUSION The Cypher drug-eluting stents reduce the levels of inflammatory factors after angioplasty.更多还原
