【Abstract】 This thesis introduces the combination of basic work research technology in industrial engineering and EACR principle,and the application of comprehensive production line balance method in the process of manufacturing productivity improment.The paper decomposes the moves in workflow,makes observing time table,then the key improving operations can be identified as compared with the targets for improvement. Bar-chart are used to clear the improvement direction,and production line improvement program are chosen to maximize efficiency.更多还原
