【摘要】 分别采用柱式小量质粒抽提纯化试剂盒和聚乙二醇沉淀法纯化重组质粒pRSET DNA,琼脂糖凝胶电泳和DU800核酸蛋白分析仪鉴定已纯化的重组质粒pRSET DNA的纯度.结果显示,采用聚乙二醇沉淀法纯化重组质粒pRSET DNA:A260/280=1.83,试剂盒所得结果:A260/280=1.91.与试剂盒相比,聚乙二醇沉淀法获得纯化质粒的纯度没有显著性差异,常规质粒纯化实验中可用此法代替昂贵的试剂盒.更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare the purity,the recombinant plasmid DNA was sublimed through the PEG deposit method and the DNA Purification Kit respectively.The purity of the sublimed plasmid DNA was quantified both by Agarose gel electrophoresis and UV/Vis Spectrophotometer(DU800).The ratio of A260/ 280 of plasmid DNA sublimed by the PEG deposit method was 1.83;While that of plasmid DNA sublimed by the DNA Purification Kit was 1.91.The same purity in statistics significance was acquired by both the two different methods,so the general purification can be done by the general PEG deposit method instead of the more expensive DNA Purification Kit.更多还原
