【摘要】 目的研究姜黄消痤搽剂的抗过敏、止痒作用。方法用卵白蛋白(OA)免疫豚鼠造成过敏模型,观察姜黄消痤搽剂对OA所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩的影响;在豚鼠腹腔注射OA致敏,观察姜黄消痤搽剂对OA引起的豚鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响;以4氨基吡啶诱发小鼠舔体反应,观察姜黄消痤搽剂对舔体反应的影响;以组胺使小鼠毛细血管通透性增加,观察姜黄消痤搽剂对通透性的影响从而观察姜黄消痤擦剂的抗过敏、止痒作用。结果姜黄消痤搽剂显著抑制OA所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌过敏性收缩;显著抑制OA引起的肥大细胞脱颗粒;显著抑制4氨基吡啶诱发的小鼠舔体反应;显著抑制组胺引起的小鼠毛细血管通透性增加。结论姜黄消痤擦剂对多种动物模型有抗过敏作用,这种作用可能与其抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒和抗炎作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment’s antiallergic and antipruritc effects.Methods Guinea pigs were sensitized by ovalbumin(OA),the effects of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment on the constriction of ileum smooth muscle induced by OA were observed in vitro.Guinea pigs were sensitized by abdominal injection of OA,the effects of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment on degranulation of peritoneal mastocytes were observed.4 aminopyridine was used to induce mice’s licking response,and the effects of Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment on licking response was observed.Histamine was applied to increase the mice’s capillary permeability,Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment’s effect on permeability was observed so that its antiallergic and antipruritc effects could be observed.Results Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment could obviously inhibit the guinea pigs’allergic constriction of ileum smooth muscle induced by OA,obviously inhibit the degranulation of peritoneal mastocytes caused by OA,obviously inhibit the mice’s licking response induced by 4 aminopyridine,and obviously inhibit the increasing of mice’s capillary permeability.Conclusion Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment has antiallergic effect on many types of animal models,and this effect may be related to its inhibition of degranulation of peritoneal mastocytes and its anti-inflammatory effect.更多还原
