【摘要】 目的观察通降化痰汤治疗胃食管反流病的疗效。方法将112例GERD患者随机分为2组。治疗组56例,口服自拟通降化痰汤(药物组成见正文)。对照组56例,服用吗丁啉、雷尼替丁胶囊治疗。结果临床疗效总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组为76.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通降化痰汤治疗胃食管反流病有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of Tongjiang Huatan Decoction on gastroesophagael.Method: To divide 112 cases of gastroesophagae into two groups at random.To administer Tongjiang Huatan Decoction to 56 cases in the treatment group and capsules of Motilium and Ranitidine to 56 cases in the control group.Result: The total clinical effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 76.8% in the control group.The difference in comparison of effective rate was statisticalllly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tongjiang Huatan Decoction was effective on gastroesophagael.更多还原
