【Abstract】 Design of the lost foam casting foundry shop and the layout of the production line was introduced.The layout of the moulding section/line is classified as open type and closed type according to the type of the adopted moulds conveyer or the transportation method of the flasks.Besides,the design of the toolings and equipments of the production line was also described including dimensions and mechanism of flasks,quantity of flasks,sand treating capacity and type selection,determination of flasks cycling line,flasks pushing machine,vacuum stabilizing system and vacuum connecting device,moulding rhythm and pouring rhythm,number of moulding position,etc.更多还原
