【摘要】 目的评价健康教育管理对哮喘患者的治疗效果的影响。方法120例哮喘患者分为2组,均根据病情进行常规的治疗和护理,管理组同时实施系统的哮喘管理计划。结果治疗12个月后,管理组患者依从性、症状评分、随访期间急诊发作次数、肺功能测定指标、平均诊疗费用等均优于对照组。结论系统的健康管理能提高哮喘患者依从性,并对哮喘的控制起到积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elevate the clinical value of health management that influences asthma.To explore the methods and effectiveness of health manaegment in asthma patients.Methods 120 patients of asthma were divid-ed into two groups,Both groups were given guideline-based questionnaires.The health management group received an education programme including basic mechanisms of asthma,cause,trigger,medications,self-management plan,et al.Results After 12 months,The patients had a better knowledge of asthma,compliance,symptomatic grading、e-mergency paroxysm times、pulmonary function、remedical expense in health manaegment group showed a significant difference compared with the other group Groups.Conclusion It is obvious importance to enhance health manage-ment,cultivate the good compliance in asthma patients.更多还原
