【摘要】 目的评价HBV DNA在抗病毒疗效评价中的临床意义,提出深入开展HBVcccDNA检测的必要性。方法对已取得抗病毒疗效的60例慢性乙肝患者进行追踪、随访HBV DNA、肝功能及肝纤维化指标的变化情况。结果尽管HBV DNA测定持续阴性,但仍有部分患者肝功能或肝纤维化指标不能维持正常稳定;取得抗病毒疗效的患者停药后随着时间的推移,HBV DNA复阳率增多。结论HBV DNA在目前临床工作中作为指导抗病毒治疗终点评判指标有其局限性,不宜作为评价抗病毒药物治疗终点的可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of HBV DNA in antivirus efficacy,which show the necessity of HBVcccDNA detection.Methods 60 CHB patients who had antivirus efficacy were traced on HBV DNA,liver function and liver fibrosis.Results Liver function or liver fibrosis of part of the patients still unstable although theirs HBV DNA had negative-transfer sustainedly;the patients with antivirus efficacy were found HBV DNA positive again with the lapse of time.Conclusion HBV DNA is not suitable to be the reliable basis of antivirus treatment end-point for its limitation although it is be at present.更多还原
