【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对住院心理障碍患者服药依从性的影响。方法采用自身前后对照的方法对96例心理障碍患者进行健康教育干预,分别在入院2周末和6周末对药物依从性进行评定。结果干预后服药依从性与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论住院心理障碍患者服药依从者较差,健康教育可以明显提高他们的服药依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of health education on drug compliance of inpatients with psychological diseases. Methods 96 inpatients with psychological disorders were conducted health education so as to observe their drug compliance by a before-after study. Results There were significantly different drug compliance between after and before intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion Health education is effective in improving drug compliance of inpatients with clinical psychological disorders.更多还原
