【摘要】 目的探索胎儿动脉导管的发育变化规律。方法用高分辨率彩超仪观察并测量胎儿动脉导管内径。结果20周以上中晚孕胎儿动脉导管可以显示,对中孕期胎儿动脉导管测量数据呈正态分布,随孕周增加呈逐渐增宽趋势,并计算出20～26孕周胎儿动脉导管内径95%参考值范围。结论高分辨率彩超仪可以对中晚孕胎儿动脉导管进行观察和测量,对检测胎儿心脏发育异常可能有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the development ’s change rule of fetal Ductus Arteriosus.Methods Use the High-definition color Doppler ultrasound to observate and measure the inner diameter of fetal ductus arteriosus.Results The Ductus Arteriosus can be shown when the fetus is older more than twenty weeks.The measurement data of fetal ductus arteriosus during mid-pregnancy is normal.It has a widen trend with increasing the gestational age.To calculate the 95% normal range of fetal ductus arteriosus inner diameter between 20 to 26 weeks.Conclusion Hi-definition color Doppler ultrasound can be use to observate and measure the ductus arteriosus during mid-pregnancy and late-pregnancy.It may be a valuable reference for detecting of fatal abnormal development of fetal cardiac.更多还原
