高效液相色谱法测定五维葡钙口服溶液中维生素B1、维生素B2的含量
DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN B1, VITAMIN B2 IN WUWEIPUGAI ORAL LIQUID USING HIGH-PRESSURE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD
【摘要】 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定五维葡钙口服溶液中维生素B1、维生素B2含量的方法。方法色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)。流动相为0.005mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.5%冰醋酸和0.05%三乙胺)-甲醇(72∶28),柱温30℃,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为260nm,进样量20μl。结果维生素B1、维生素B2检测浓度的线性范围分别为7.82~23.97μg.mL-1(r=0.9996)、8.26~34.81μg.mL-1(r=0.9992);平均回收率分别为102.5%(RSD=0.6%)、99.4%(RSD=0.8%)。结论本方法简便准确、灵敏度高、结果可靠,可用于五维葡钙口服溶液中维生素B1、维生素B2的含量测定。
【Abstract】 Objective Establish the method to determine vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 in Wuweipugai oral liquid by HPLC.Methods PE Series 200 type HPLC is used,which column is ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm), mobile phase is 0.005 mol / L heptane solution(0.5% acetic acid and 0.05% triethylamine)-methanol (72:28). Wuweipugai wave is 260 nm, flow rate is 1.0 ml/min. Assay is external reference method. Results A good linear correlation was obtained when vitamin B1’s concentration ranged from 7.82 μg/ml to 23.97 μg/mL(r=0.9996) and vitamin B2’s concentration ranged from 8.26 μg/mL to 34.81 μg/mL(r=0.9992).Recovery of B1 is 102.5%, RSD is 0.6%; Recovery of B2 is 99.4%, RSD is 0.8%. Conclusion This method is high-sensirtive, separation effect and reproducibility are good, results are reliable, which can be applied to determine vitamin B1 and B2 in Wuweipugai oral liquid.
