混合磺化还原染料偏振薄膜的偏振性能研究
Polarization Performance of Films Prepared from Mixed Sulfonated Vat Dyes
【摘要】 将磺化还原蓝RSN、磺化还原艳紫2R以及磺化还原猩红HRR以不同比例混合并配成0.5%的溶液,然后旋转蒸发得到浓度为20%的溶致液晶,使其在载玻片上涂布成膜,经过稳定化处理后该种混合磺化还原染料偏振薄膜的偏振性能在可见光全波段范围得到了较一致的偏振效率,可以实现薄膜在可见光全波段的偏振需要。
【Abstract】 Sulfonated vat dyes IBRSN, 2R and ISGG were mixed in various ratios to prepare solutions with a concentration of 0.5%. Lyotropic liquid crystal with 20wt% mixed dyes was obtained through rotary-evaporation, then it was spread on glass slide to form a uniform film. After stabilizing process, such films prepared from mixed sulfonated vat dyes have coincident polarizing efficiency through the whole range of visible light waves. Therefore, it can satisfy the polarization demand over the range of visible light waves.
