【摘要】 国家重点实验室是我国科技创新体系的重要组成部分,建立管理有序、运行高效的仪器设备公用平台为科学研究、培育人才提供了重要保障。医药生物技术国家重点实验室从统筹统购、集中放置统一管理、安全建设等方面进行了仪器设备公用平台的建设,通过监控网络、有偿服务等科学手段进行全天候开放式管理,制定并逐渐完善了一系列的管理制度,有效提高了仪器设备的使用效率,推动了实验室的全面开放运行,提高了实验室的管理水平和学术水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 State Key Laboratories are the important components of National Science and Technology Innova- tion System in China.The public instruments platform with the well administration,orderly performance and effec- tive function would provide vigorous supporting for scientific research and talent cultivation.For building a public instrument platform,the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology commenced on several aspects, such as overall planning,unified purchase,centralized placement,unified management of instruments and securi- ty construction et al.Some scientific methods like monitoring network and paid service were also employed in 24 hour open management system.In addition,a series of management systems were established and perfected gradu- ally.All these works enhanced the service efficiency of instruments,promoted the overall open running,and in- creased the management level and the academic level of the laboratory.更多还原
