【摘要】 根据不同冶炼工艺中炉气不同的取样要求,本文研制了两种不同取样方式的样气制备系统,即干法取样系统和湿法取样系统。介绍了两种取样系统的构成和功能,以及现场的使用情况。从现场使用的情况看,干法取样系统的延迟时间为13.23秒,而湿法取样系统的延迟时间更短仅为10.38秒,二者都具有稳定、可靠、故障率低及现场适用性强的特点,均能满足不同取样方式的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the research and manufacture of sampling preparation system with two differ- ent sampling ways according to different sampling requirements of oven gas in the process of smelting technology, One is the dry sampling system,and the other is the wet sampling system.The two sampling systems structure, function and application in site are presented in the paper.According to the field application,the delay time of dry sampling system is 13.23 seconds,and that of wet sampling system is too short and only 10.38 seconds.The sampling preparation system manufactured is very stable and reliable,and its malfunction rate is very low.Espe- cially,the applicability in site of the sampling system is too hard.The sampling preparation system can fulfil the need of two different sampling ways.更多还原
