【摘要】 [目的]调查秦皇岛农村老年人心理健康状况及相关因素。[方法]采用自制调查表及心理状况自评量表(SCL-90),对秦皇岛辖区农村老年人150例进行测评。[结果]农村老年人心理问题检出率18.6%,明显高于中国正常成人水平;主要影响因素有经济稳定性、健康状况、医疗费支付方式、家庭关系、配偶状况、健康状况及负性生活事件。[结论]尽快完善医疗保险及社会保障制度,保持良好的家庭关系,支持丧偶老人再婚,开设心理咨询机构,减轻生活压力,可减少农村老年人心理问题的产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health of elderly in Qinhuangdao rural area and its related factors.Methods A total of 150 elderly from Qinhuangdao rural area were investigated by filling out self-designed questionnaires and SCL-90 questionnaires.Results The detection rate of the rural elderly with mental problem from Qinhuangdao was 18.6% , which was higher than that of normal adults in China.The main factors influented the mental health of elderly were economic status, health status, payment means of medical cost, relationship with family members, having life partner or not and having living stress events lately.Conclusion Perfecting medical insurance and social security system, keeping good family relationship, support elderly who lost of spouse to remarry, setting up mental-counseling sectors, and lightening living stress may reduce the mental problems of elderly in rural areas.更多还原
