【摘要】 [目的]探讨2008北京奥运会帆船比赛食品卫生保障工作模式,交流重大活动和帆船赛事食品安全保障经验。[方法]本文对2007青岛国际帆船赛食品卫生保障工作进行了概括性回顾,总结了此次赛事保障工作中的先进经验和保障模式,对存在的主要问题和缺陷进行了具体分析和讨论,并将此次赛事食品卫生保障工作与2006奥帆赛测试赛以及北京奥运会食品卫生保障工作进行了对照分析。[结果]在2007青岛国际帆船赛赛事食品卫生保障工作中,青岛市卫生部门建立起了一整套较为规范和科学的奥帆赛食品卫生保障模式和奥运食品安全追溯体系,从保障模式、保障效果等各方面都比2006青岛国际帆船赛有了很大改进和完善。[结论]本回顾分析和讨论,为奥帆赛食品卫生保障工作提供了重要经验教训,有助于公共卫生部门在下一步奥帆赛食品卫生保障工作中改进工作,确保2008奥帆赛食品卫生保障工作圆满完成。也为承办北京2008年奥运会的赛区城市食品卫生保障工作提供了有价值的参考资料,对于今后重大活动及重大赛事食品卫生保障工作具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate food sanitation safeguarding mode for 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta, and commu- nicate food sanitation safeguarding working experiences of important activities and sailing regattas. [Methods] This study did an overall review of food sanitation safeguarding works during 2007 Qingdao International Regatta, summarized valuable experi- ences and safeguarding model, analyzed and discussed primary problems and shortcomings, and also did comparisons and dis- cussions with 2006 Qingdao International Regatta and Beijing Olympic Games food sanitation safeguarding works. [Results] Through 2007 Qingdao International Regatta food sanitation safeguarding, Qingdao public health departments set up a canonical and scientific safeguarding mode for Olympic Sailing Regatta important activities. The safeguarding mode, and effects were both improved greatly comparing with 2006 Qingdao International Regatta. [Conclusion] These reviews and analysis provide impor- tant experiences and lessons for food sanitation safeguarding works of 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta, help public health depart- ments to improve work and fulfill food sanitation safeguarding tasks for 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta successfully. This study can also provide useful references for cities who will hold 2008 Olympic Games, and for food sanitation safeguarding works of impor- tant activities and games in the future.更多还原
