【摘要】 [目的]了解老年人牙列缺损情况,并探讨影响老年人牙列缺损的主要因素,为增进老年人口腔健康提供科学依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷,对山西省阳泉市183名老年人进行口腔健康情况的抽样调查,使用SPSS11.5建立数据库并进行统计分析。[结果]分析认为许多老年人在不同程度上存在着牙列缺损的问题。这一点与不良生活习惯、薄弱的口腔保健意识及经济状况等因素有关。[结论]随着我国经济飞速发展,国民收入日益提高及老龄化进程加快,加强老年人口腔健康及卫生知识措施的宣传与落实很有必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the circumstances about defect of dentition of elderly, and discuss the factors which affect dentition defect. To provide scientific basis for improvement of oral health of the elderly. [Methods] The investiga- tion adopted the questionnaire which was designed by self to investigate 183 elderly in Yangquan City . The researchers estab- lished a data base by SPSS11.5 and carried on analysis. [Results] Many older persons were in various degrees of dentition de- fect. This was related to unhealthy living habits, weak awareness of oral health and the economic conditions and other factors. [Conclusion] With the rapid development of Chinese economy, income increase and aging process acceleration, enhancing knowledge of geriatric oral health and hygiene promotion and implementation are necessary measures.更多还原
