【摘要】 [目的]总结分析广元市麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫活动经验,为消除麻疹提供科学依据。[方法]收集全市所有县区MV强化免疫报表数据,采用描述性方法对相关数据进行流行病学分析。[结果]本次MV强化免疫共计接种8月龄～14岁目标儿童466302人,报告接种率和快速评估接种率均﹥95%;全市麻疹疫苗强化免疫后麻疹发病大幅下降;广泛宣传动员、政府支持参与、严格技术培训和操作、扎实摸底等是MV强化免疫顺利实施的保障;同时通过MV强化免疫工作的开展不仅积累了经验,而且对全市免疫规划工作起到了积极的促进和推动作用。[结论]本次MV强化免疫达到了预期目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To sum up the activities experiences of measles vaccine(MV)to strengthen immunization in Guangyuan,so as to provide scientific basis for eliminating the Measles.[Methods]The data of supplementary immunization of MV in Guangyuan were collected,and epidemical analysis and descriptive method were performed to analyze the related data.[Results]A total of 466 302 children at the age of 8 months to 14 years were reinforced immunized with MV immunization,and the inoculation rate and quickly inoculation rate were above 95%;The incidence of measles in had declined sharply after the supplementary measles immunization; Widespread propaganda, government supporting and participating, strict technique training and operation and strongly understanding were the security for the successfully enforcing MV supplementary immunization;The MV supplementary immunization not only provided abundant experience,but also actively promoted and improved the the whole expanded program in immunization(EPI)in Guangyuan.[Conclusion]The MV supplementary immunization have met the expected goal.更多还原
