【摘要】 [目的]对阿胶铁口服液的饮用安全性进行食品安全性毒理学评价和研究。[方法]根据《食品安全性毒性评价程序》进行小鼠经口急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。[结果]阿胶铁口服液小鼠经口LD50﹥21.5g/kg.bw,属无毒级;鼠伤寒沙门菌/哺乳动物微粒体酶试验、骨髓微核试验及小鼠精子畸变试验表明该样品无致突变作用,对雄性生殖细胞无遗传毒性。[结论]阿胶铁口服液属无毒级物质,对体细胞无致诱变及突变作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate and study the toxicological safety of Donkey-hide Glue Iron Oral Solution.[Methods]Acute toxicity test,Ames test,bone marrow micronucleus test,sperm malformation test were conducted according to the evaluation procedure of toxicological safety of food.[Results]Donkey-hide glue iron oral solution with the dose of LD50﹥21.5g/kg.bw showed to be non-toxic on the mice. Salmanella typhimurium/mammals microsomal enzyme test and micronucleus test of bone marrow cell showed Donkey-hide Glue Iron Oral Solution was safe without mutagenesis. No toxicity was observed in sperm shape abnormality test in mice.[Conclusion]Donkey-hide Glue Iron Oral Solution is a non-toxic and non-mutating drug for the body cell.更多还原
