【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the possibility of common dental instrument contaminated with HBV-DNA,and to search a rapid sterilization method.[Methods]120 washing samples of dental instrument were randomly collected to detect by PCR and real-time PCR so that to evaluate the contamination status and monitor the effect of sterilization.[Conclusion]This study indicates that the contamination status of dental instrument contaminated with HBV-DNA was prior to the literatures reported,while possibility of contamination and cross infection also existed.更多还原
