【摘要】 [目的]了解低浓度苯暴露对鞋厂工人外周血象的影响情况。[方法]对163名低浓度苯暴露工人进行连续3年的外周血象结果纵向观察,采用随机区组设计两因素方差分析法对结果进行分析。[结果]低浓度苯暴露2年WBC计数显著下降,平均下降0.41单位;苯暴露1年RBC计数下降0.18单位,暴露2年RBC计数基本恢复正常水平。[结论]低浓度苯暴露对鞋厂工人WBC和RBC计数仍有显著影响,应引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the impact of low density benzene exposure on shoe manufacture workers’ peripheral blood cell.[Methods]The hemogram of peripheral blood in 163 low density benzene exposed workers were observed by longitudinal data for three years,and the results were analyzed by randomized block design and two factors analysis of variance.[Results]The WBC counts of workers who exposed under the low density benzene for two years significantly decreased with 0.41 units in average,low density benzene exposure for one year could induce the RBC counts decreased 0.18 units and recovered to normal level after low density benzene exposure for two years.[Conclusion]The low density benzene exposure had significantly impact on the shoe manufacture worker’s WBC and RBC count,which should be paid more attention to.更多还原
