电热消解-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷
THE DETERMINATION OF ARSENUM BY ELECTRIC HEAT DIGESTION AND ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 [目的]建立电热消解仪消解-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷的方法。[方法]用王水作为消解液,采用电热消解土壤样品后,用原子荧光光谱法测定砷的含量。[结果]本法的线性范围为0~200μg/L,相关系数为0.9997;方法检出限为0.016μg/L;相对标准差为1.38%~7.55%;对土壤质控样品进行测定,结果均在参考值范围内。[结论]所建立的方法简便、快速,结果准确,适于土壤中砷的批量测定。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To develop a method to determine arsenum by electric heat digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods]After electric heat digestion using aqua regia,the soil samples were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Results]The linear range of the method was from 0 to 200 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The detection limit of the method was 0.016 μg/L;the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.38% to 7.55%. The results of four soil samples for quality control were in the range of the true values.[Conclusion]The optimized method is simple,rapid and accurate for determining arsenum in batches of soil samples.
