环境铅对儿童神经心理及行为功能的效应研究

【摘要】 [目的]探讨环境低浓度铅对儿童神经心理及行为功能的影响。[方法]瑞文标准推理测验量表测试智力,用多功能心理生理能力测试康复仪测试儿童神经行为功能。[结果]血铅水平在10.37μg/dL时引起儿童智力百分等级、知觉辨别能力、类同比较能力、比较推理能力、系列关系能力、抽象推理能力改变;血铅水平在9.81μg/dL时,首先引起机体听觉简单反应、手脚交叉运动协调、缺失记忆功能改变。随血铅水平增高至11.32μg/dL时,神经行为功能视、听觉简单反应时、手脚交叉运动协调、缺失记忆、视觉记忆、数字记忆广度、译码测验、手臂稳定性测试等神经行为功能均发生改变,研究还表明,随儿童年龄增长引起儿童神经行为功能改变项目增多,即铅对儿童机体神经行为功能改变与年龄呈正相关。[结论]铅对儿童神经行为功能改变呈一定剂量-效应反应。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the effect of lead in environment on neuropsychological battery and neurobehavioral functions of children.[Methods]Revens standard progressive matrices and unlit-function instrument were used to measure the intelligence and neuropsychological battery and neurobehavioral functions of children.[Results]When the lead concentration increased up to 10.37μg/dL,we found the gradations of children’s intelligence,the ability of consciousnesses discriminator,types comparing,logical comparing,affiliation,abstract logic could be affected.The neurobehavioral functions of hearing responding,limb cooperation and missing memory were affected when the lead in concentration was 9.81μg/ml.And then,tested under the concentration of lead at 11.32μg/dL in blood,it was very surprised that all neurobehavioral function had been affected including the hearing responding,vision responding,limb cooperation,imperfective memory,sense of vision memory,numerary memory,decoding test,limb stability,etc.The study showed that the changed items of neurobehavioral functions increased with the growth of children’s age,that is,the changed items had a direct correlation with children’s age.[Conclusion]The effects of lead on neurobehavioral functions of children become more serious with the increase of concentration.
