【摘要】 [目的]分析2007年成都市龙泉驿区麻疹流行病学特征,探讨影响麻疹发病的主要因素,为进一步控制麻疹提供科学依据。[方法]根据中国免疫规划信息管理系统麻疹监测报告系统对成都市龙泉驿区2007年麻疹的流行病学特征进行描述流行病学分析。[结果]2007年麻疹报告发病率为19.70/10万。发病呈暴发流行的特点。3～8月为麻疹高发季节,6月和7月为发病最高峰。5岁以下为麻疹高发年龄组,其中,以1岁以下和3～5岁年龄组为最高。病例中有麻疹疫苗免疫史者占17.92%,无免疫史者占42.45%,免疫史不详者占39.63%。流动人口病例数占病例总数的51.87%。[结论]1岁以内婴儿免疫工作和小年龄组儿童的麻疹疫苗复种工作急需加强。尽可能提高外来流动人口的免疫覆盖率。提高整个人群的免疫水平,预防控制麻疹暴发。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore epidemiological features and measles pathogenic factors,and to provide scientific reference for the further control.[Methods]Measles epidemiology features were analyzed in these cases in Longquan in 2007 according to measles monitoring report of Chinese immunization programme information management system.[Results]The measles reports showed morbidity rate was 19.70/10 ten thousand and feature was fulminant and epidemic. Peak time of measles was from March to August,maximum in June and July. The patients aged below 5 years had higher incidence rate,in which 3 to 5 years and 1 year or younger age group had the highest incidence rate. The patients with immunization history of measles vaccine were 17.92 percent of total cases,and 42.45 percent and 39.63 percent patients who were without immunization history and indistinct immunization history. Floating population were 51.87 percent of total cases.[Conclusion]We suggest that immunization for children aged 1 year or younger and revaccination with measles vaccine for young children group should be strengthened,and immunization rate for floating population should be improved to improve immunization level for the whole population and control outbreak of measles.更多还原
