【摘要】 [目的]观察我院急诊科抢救的死亡病例的疾病谱以及病死率的变化趋势。[方法]将1997～2007年间在我院急诊科抢救的545例死亡病例分为2个时间段和4个年龄组,比较疾病谱的构成比和死亡率。[结果](1)各年龄组中,2003～2007年间构成比的排序从高到低为中年、青年、老年和高龄组,与1997～2002年间相比,中年组比例增高和老年组比例下降,有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);(2)各种外伤、循环和神经系统疾病居前3位,各种外伤、循环系统疾病比例上升和神经系统疾病比例下降有统计学意义(P﹤0.001);(3)各年龄组病死率均下降,差异有统计学意义,中年组病死率最高(7.2%);(4)各系统疾病的病死率除循环系统和各种中毒外,均呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义,循环系统疾病病死率最高(7.4%);(5)各年龄组病死率居第1位的疾病,在青年组、中年组为循环系统疾病,老年和高龄组均为各种中毒。[结论]从急诊科抢救病例死亡率上看,中年组是临床抢救的关键人群,循环系统疾病和各种外伤是临床抢救的重点疾病,而且要重视老年中毒患者的抢救。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the spectrum of disease of death cases and the variation tendency of fatality rate in Emergency Department of First People’s Hospital in Chengdu.[Methods]545 death cases were divided into two time periods and four age groups from the year 1997 to 2007 and compared constituent ratio and death rate.[Results](1)The sort of constituent ratio,from high to low,were middle-aged group,young group,old aged group and advanced aged group from 2003 to 2007. The proportion increased in middle-aged group while decreased in old aged group,comparing with those from 1997 to 2002,which showed statistic significance(P﹤0.01).(2)The first three diseases were surgical trauma,circulatory disease and nervous system disease. The ratio of surgical trauma,circulation system disease raised while that of nervous system disease decreased,which showed statistic significance(P﹤0.001).(3)Fatality rate of every age group decreased,and showed statistic significance.(4)Fatality rate of every systemic diseases decreased,and showed statistic significance.(5)The top diseases of every age group were circulatory disease in young and middle-aged group and toxonosis in old aged and advanced aged group.[Conclusion]Basing on the case mortality,we should pay more attention to the middle-aged people,and diseases as circulatory disease and surgical trauma,and toxonosis in old aged people.更多还原
