【摘要】 [目的]引入消费行为理论探讨影响青少年对生殖健康服务利用的相关因素,促进青少年更好利用健康服务。[方法]采用整群分层抽样方法,选取生殖健康状况及保健水平为中等及以上的4个大城市5019名10～24岁青少年,对影响青少年就诊意愿的单因素分析中具有统计学意义的变量进行多因素的Logistic回归分析。[结果]应用消费行为理论假设模型的拟合检验卡方值186.525,概率值等于0.000。根据比值比(OR)发现:构成对青少年服务利用及就诊意愿的影响主要来自于青少年个体及环境两类因素。提示影响青少年服务利用意愿的因素基本符合基于消费行为理论而建立的应用假设模型。[结论]有效促进青少年主动利用服务,必须从青少年个体与环境改善两方面做起。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Through exploring the determinants related the service utilization among adolescents in virtue of the theory of consumption behaviors(TCB)to promote adolescents to use health service.[Methods]Adopted the cluster stratification sampling and entered home to survey 5019 adolescents aged from 10 to 24 in the four big cities where the levels of reproductive health and condition of health care were on the middle or better according to the region partition of China,and conducted logistic analysis among the factors that could influence the intentions for seeking services among adolescents.[Results]Basing on the model of the theory of consumption behaviors,it was found that the value of χ2 was 186.525,possibility was 0.000 and the OR value showed that the determinants influenced the intention of service utilization among adolescents mainly from two factors that individual and environment,which reflected there was the coincident with the applicative model of TCB.[Conclusion]It should be considered that orientating adolescent individual and social determinants can promote adolescents to use service actively.更多还原
