【摘要】 [目的]针对医学研究中常见的定量资料的等效检验存在的问题,给予统计软件技术上的支持。[方法]根据双单侧等效检验原理,利用SAS统计软件包,结合实例,编写程序,计算相应的统计量。[结果]分别对平行设计和交叉设计的定量资料进行等效检验,结果均提示两药的疗效是等效的。[结论]探索出一条在临床研究中利用SAS软件包进行等效检验的途径,为类似问题的解决提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To present a statistics software support to tackle with the problems in the use of equivalence test of quantitative data in medical researches.[Methods]According to the theory of two one-sided test,wrote the program in SAS software package and calculated the relative statistics.[Results]Carried on equivalence test of quantitative data from parallel design and cross-over design respectively,and the results showed that Irbesartan and Losartan had the same effect.[Conclusion]Explore a right way to put forward equivalence test by using SAS software package,and provide a reference for similar problems.更多还原
