【摘要】 [目的]了解天南星块茎各种有机溶剂提取物的灭螺效果。[方法]不同有机溶剂的连续系统提取法获得提取物,并将提取物以水浸法用于杀螺实验。[结果]干品的致死率为:正丁醇>石油醚>乙酸乙酯>三氯甲烷;鲜品的致死率为:正丁醇>三氯甲烷>石油醚>乙酸乙酯。[结论]干品和鲜品的正丁醇提取物灭螺效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the effects of extracts from Arisaema erubescens Schott against oncomelania hupensis.[Methods]Extracts were gained by sequential extractio from different organic solvents .Then used the extracts in the experiment to kill oncomelania hupensis with immersion method.[Results]For dried materials,the fatality rates from high to low were n-butanol,light petroleum,acetic ether and chloroform. For fresh material,the fatality rate from high to low were n-butanol,chloroform,light petroleum,acetic ether.[Conclusion]The n-butanol extracted from dried and fresh materials is the most effective in killing snails in all four extracts.更多还原
