【摘要】 [目的]观察HSC口服液对染铅小鼠的排铅作用。[方法]用昆明种雄性小鼠建立铅中毒模型,按体质量随机分组对照。[结果]HSC口服液可以增加铅中毒小鼠的铅排出量,降低血液、肝脏、脑和骨中的铅含量,同时增加骨中的钙含量和血液、肝脏、肾脏、脑中的铜和锌含量。[结论]HSC口服液能促进铅的排除,减少铅的蓄积,防止体内必需元素钙、铜和锌的流失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the lead-expelling effects of Hao Shen Cai(HSC)health liquid.MethodsKunming male mice were divided into six groups including the control group,lead model group,positive group and three dosage(1.67,3.33 and 6.67 ml/kg·bw)groups.ResultsThe results showed that HSC health liquid significantly reduced the concentrations of lead in liver and blood,but at the same time increased the contents of calcium,zinc and copper in lead poisoning mice.ConclusionThe results suggest that HSC health liquid can promote the lead expelling,reduce accumulation of lead and prevent calcium,zinc and copper running running off .更多还原
