【摘要】 [目的]探讨母儿血型不合致胎儿水肿的超声检查及预防对策。[方法]回顾性分析7年来我科超声诊断9例母儿血型不合致胎儿水肿的超声表现与临床资料。[结果]胎儿水肿类型的超声结果与尸检结果基本一致。[结论]超声对诊断胎儿水肿清晰、准确,结合母儿血型等结果,明确超声诊断血型不合致胎儿水肿,超声可应用于血型不合致胎儿水肿的产前检查及防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ultrasonic inspection and prevention of fetal hydrops induced by blood type incompatibility between mother and embryo. Methods The ultrasonic manifestations and clinical data of 9 fetuses with dropsy induced by blood type incompatibility between mother and embryo in the past 7 years were analyzed by retrospectively analysis. Results The types of fetal hydrops detected by ultrasound was basic coincident with that detected by autopsy. Conclusion ultrasonic inspection is a method with clear and accurate to diagnose the fetal hydrops. The fetal hydrops induced by blood type incompatibility between mother and embryo could be final diagnosed by combining with the results of blood type between mother and embryo. The ultrasonic inspection could be applied to prenatal diagnosis and prevention of fetal hydrops induced by blood type incompatibility between mother and embryo.更多还原
