【摘要】 [目的]探讨海马蛛网膜囊肿与癫痫的关系。[方法]回顾性分析我院确诊的3例海马蛛网膜囊肿合并癫痫患者的临床及脑电图特点,并结合文献报道加以总结。[结果]3例患者表现为复杂部分发作或全面强直阵挛发作,其中1例24h视频脑电图提示癫痫起源与海马蛛网膜囊肿一致,1例患者合并有对侧海马硬化并且癫痫发作主要与海马硬化相关,3例患者经药物控制或手术治疗后均很好控制癫痫发作。[结论]海马是颅内蛛网膜囊肿中较少见的出现部位,海马蛛网膜囊肿可能更易导致癫痫发作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between arachnoid cyst at hippocampus and epilepsy. Methods The clinica1 and EEG characteristics of three cases with Arachnoid cyts at hippocampus diagnosed in West China Hospital were analyzed by retrospective method,and reviewed with relevant literatures. Results The three patients appeared complex partial seizure or generated tonic clonic seizure,and one patient appeared seizure origin was coincidence to arachnoid cyst at hippocampus by 24h video-EEG,also one patient complicated contralateral hippocampus sclerosis and whose epileptic attack was associated with hippocampus sclerosis. The epileptic attack of these three patients was well controlled by antiepilepsy or operation treatment. Conclusion Hippocampus is a location which less happened intracranical arachnoid cyst,arachnoid cyts at hippocampus may lead to epileptic seizure easier.更多还原
