【摘要】 [目的]了解并评价噪声作业工人的生命质量现状。[方法]采用国际上通用的简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对某厂的噪声作业工人进行自评普查。[结果]被调查者总体健康和精神卫生等方面分值均较低(低于70分),但生理功能得分较高(87.27分);与四川省城市居民参考值比较,该厂噪声作业工人的多个维度自评得分都低于参考值(P﹤0.05),提示其生命质量偏低。[结论]该厂应采取相应的干预措施,加强健康教育,提高噪声作业工人的健康水平,这已成为当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand and evaluate the current life quality of workers who exposed to noise.[Methods]Current Short Form-36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)was applied to survey the life quality of workers who exposed to noise of a manufactory.[Results]The grades of both general health and mental health were both low(below 70),while the physiological function got a high score(87.27).The scores of many grades of the life quality were lower than that of the referential value of urban residents of Sichuan province(P﹤0.05),this suggested the life qualities of the workers who exposed to noise of this manufactory were relatively low.[Conclusion]Health intervention and health education are suggested to improve the health conditions of workers who exposed to noise,and this becomes a urgent priority.更多还原
