【摘要】 采用双螺杆共混方法研究CaCO3(碳酸钙)改性PP-SEBS(苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物)复合材料的力学性能.并研究了相容剂对PP-SEBS/CaCO3的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当PP-SEBS 65份、相容刑5份、CaCO330份时,弹性体的力学性能最佳。扫描电镜(SEM)分析显示,加入相容剂后,CaCO3的粒子被PP-SEBS基体包覆,两相间粘合力增强,CaCO3与SEBS之间的浸澜有效改善,共混物的力学性能提高。

【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of composite of PP-SEBS(styrene-ethylene/butyl- ene-styrene)compounds after CaCO3 modification were studied via using twin-screw extru- der. The effects of compatibilizer agent on the structure and properties of the PP-SEBS/Ca- CO3 were investigated. The results indicate that when 65 phr of PP-SEBS, 5 phr of compati- bilizer, 30 phr of CaCO3 are selected, the mechanical properties of the compounds are the most excellent. The results of SEM demonstrate that after adding the compatibilizer, the particles of CaCO3 are wrapped by PP-SEBS matrix and the adhesion between the two phases is improved obviously, and the adhesion between CaCO3 and SEBS is effectively improved, and mechanical properties of blend are improved.
